All you need to obtain your ATM card is a checking, statement savings or statement money fund account. Having our ATM card lets you make deposits, withdrawals and transfers any time of the day or night. Our ATM is part of the JEANNIE® and CIRRUS ® networks, which lets you access your accounts at Peoples from all across the country.

The Peoples Savings Bank offers its customers the convenience of a MasterMoney™ Debit Card. This card allows a customer to access funds in their checking account at any business displaying the MasterCard® logo. Funds are deducted directly from your checking account eliminating time consuming check writing and requests for ID and check approval. Your MasterMoney™ Debit Card can also access your account through the JEANNIE® and CIRRUS® ATM Networks allowing you to access your funds 24 hours a day.

If an unauthorized debit card transaction has posted to your account, please contact the merchant where the debit transaction occurred. Request that they issue you an immediate credit and be sure to document the details of your call.
If you're unable to resolve the dispute with the merchant, please do the following:
To change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) call 800.267.6913 and follow the prompts.
Please call The Peoples Savings Bank at 937.653.1600 to report fraud or a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card during regular business hours or call 800.889.5280 during non-business hours.
Our cardholders are protected by fraud analysts who constantly review card transactions. If fraud is suspected, we make it a priority to contact our customers to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction(s) in question. Contact may be made by text messaging to a mobile phone or by voice messaging to a land line. The message will include “The Peoples Savings Bank”, the amount of the transaction and the merchant where the charge is occurring. PLEASE be sure to respond to these verification calls to continue the protection of your account and to avoid delays in the convenience of using your card.
